Induracore G2 is New Zealand’s leading Aluminium Laminated Panel. Having been extensively tested to meet all requirements of the New Zealand building code, it is built with durability, weatherability and fire resistance in mind for all exterior cladding applications.
Induracore G2 appears exactly the same as our traditional composite aluminium panels (ACP). However, the advanced technology of Induracore G2 is constructed from a completely aluminium-stamped structure, rather than combustible materials. With no composite materials present, Induracore G2 is the best choice for the external wall cladding of commercial, industrial and high-rise buildings, as well as internal linings.

Induracore G2 Qualifications
BSI 8414
Induracore G2 was tested to the BS8414 fire test on a wooden frame and passed to the BR135 standard.
CodeMark Certification
The Induracore G2 Cladding system has been certified as an external wall cladding and internal lining on buildings, and has met the strict conditions of the CodeMark Certificate

Full Scale Fire Tested
Induracore G2 has been fully tested to the BS8414 fire test over a timber frame and passed the BR135 criteria.
Concealed Fix System
Induracore G2 is the same to fabricate and install as traditional ACP by CNC routing panels into the concealed fix z-angle cassette system.
Paint System
We only uses the highly recognized PVDF KYNAR 500 or FEVE paints known for their high durability, providing the optimum resistance to weather and industrial pollution.
Infrastructure
Being full scale fire tested and offering simple and lightweight fabrication make Induracore G2 a suitable product for large infrastructure projects.
Light Weight
Induracore G2 is very lightweight, with only being 4.6kg per m2 compared to 7.3kg per m2 of standard ACM panel.
Warranty
Induracore G2 has up to 15 year’s warranty when correctly installed and maintained.
Weather-proofed
Induracore G2 is weatherproofed to E2 Standards when using Paneltec’s AS/NZS 4284 tested system.
