The costs of fabrication and installation of ACM panels typically range from $400-$450 per square meter for the majority of buildings, whether residential or commercial. How much you pay is mostly affected by:

• The detail of the design 
• The extent to which the installer needs to machine and cut the panel to fit the building facade.

The vast majority of costs for the ACM panel itself come from the aluminium sheets and the fire-retardant composite core. However, the colour or finish does have a slight impact on the overall cost. Get in contact with the Paneltec team before deciding on a colour or finish to confirm its availability and whether it is a more expensive colour. 

Generally, Paneltec will sell the ACM cladding to an installer who will then price the full supply, fabricate, and install price to the builder or building owner. The installer will need to provide us with the PS3 (Producer Statement) for the installation of the panel, confirming that the product follows the building code and consented plans before we will honour our 15-year warranty.

Our ACM products

Indurabond is our ACM cladding product. ACM stands for “Aluminium Composite Material”, and it is also referred to as ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel). Both names essentially denote an aluminium sandwich consisting of two aluminium cover sheets bonded to a composite core. The mineral-filled core is 70% non-combustible and contains hydroxide, a non-combustible mineral designed to release water vapour and suppress fire spread.
