Westfield Newmarket
Westfield Newmarket, located at 277 Broadway in Auckland’s Newmarket district, underwent a significant redevelopment, transforming it into a premier retail and lifestyle destination. The project features façades clad with Paneltec’s Induracore G2 and Induraplate panels, with Scentre Group serving as both builder and architect, and Kiwican Cladding as the installer. The redevelopment, valued at approximately NZ$790 million, includes over 230 specialty stores, a rooftop dining precinct, and Auckland’s first David Jones department store.
